Our Return Policy

We truly hope you love your Caroline Kate purchase! However, if you are dissatisfied with your item because it is defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for exchange. If the item is sold out or no longer available, a refund will be issued. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package with be mailed back to you.

To begin the return process, email carolinekateclothing@gmail.com and we will send you a Return Authorization Form. Complete the form, print it out, and include it in your returned package. Due to the limited nature of our releases, exchanges are not always available. If this is the case, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

We also don't allow size or address changes after purchase. You can't cancel your purchase after payment due to the limited nature of the pieces. 

**All items we sell are listed with measurements. Therefore, we do not accept returns due to items not fitting. Please measure accordingly before ordering and if you have questions We'll be happy to help you. Also, please be aware that colors may vary depending on computer/phone screens so I do not accept returns due to color issues.
