Our Return Policy

We truly hope you love your Caroline Kate purchase! However, if you are dissatisfied with your item because it is defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for exchange or a store credit only. If the item is sold out or no longer available, a store credit will be issued. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package with be mailed back to you and a store credit will not apply. We do our very best to look over each item,  however, we are human and may miss something! 

Please note that we ONLY accept returns on defective or damaged items, we do not accept returns due to customers changing their mind, ordering wrong sizes etc. We do our very best to answer sizing questions before each release. 

To begin the return process, email carolinekateclothing@gmail.com complete with your name, order number and item that you wish to return. We will request pictures /documentation of the defective item before accepting the return. Once we have approved your return via email, we will approve your return via email and send over information to include in your return package. You will need to complete the form, print it out, and include it in your returned package stating the reason for your return. Due to the limited nature of our releases, exchanges are not always available. If this is the case, a store credit will be given for the amount of the returned order. 

We also don't allow size or address changes after purchase. Please note that you can't cancel your purchase after payment due to the limited nature of the pieces and our quick RTS processing times. 

Once items are ordered, we cannot cancel items once they have gone into production. Please note that PREORDER times are estimates and are NOT guaranteed due to delays that may occur beyond our control. Please plan accordingly when ordering and have a backup plan in place should unexpected delays occur. We will be sure to communicate any delays as soon as we can. 

We also do not accept returns due to items not fitting. Please measure accordingly before ordering and if you have questions we'll be happy to help you. We always try to note when an item is running bigger, smaller, shorter, longer than our standard CK Chart measurements. Also, please be aware that colors may vary depending on computer/phone screens. We do not accept returns due to color issues as well.
