Refund policy
I truly hope you love your Caroline Kate purchase! However, if you are dissatisfied with your item please reach out to us at carolinekateclothing@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution!
If your return is approved, items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package with be mailed back to you, at customer's expense, and no refund will be given.
**All items we sell are listed with measurements. Therefore, I do not accept returns due to items not fitting. Please measure accordingly before ordering and if you have questions as always, we are more than happy to help you. Also, please be aware that colors may vary depending on computer/phone screens so I do not accept returns due to color issues.
